5/10/06 - Walk The Sky Announces Lineup Change:

After careful consideration, Tom Young has decided to leave Walk The Sky. Dave Scott has been brought aboard to fill bass duties. According to Tom: "i originally took on the role as bassist for WTS from a producer's aspect; i did what was needed to get the project done. Although i am a 6-stringer first, i thoroughly enjoyed my stint as 4-stringer in this band, and i know Dave will bring a more focused and creative perspective to WTS as the new bassist. also, i'd like to add that i'd be more than happy to work with Rick & the gang on any future recordings they have plans for. the first album was so fun, the next one should be a total blast!"

Dave, One of the Bay Area's busiest and most sought-after bassists, has been recording and performing for over 20 years and has worked in a variety of styles: from Pop, Rock, and Heavy Metal to Traditional Jazz and Big Band Swing, Jazz Fusion and Classic R&B to Early and Modern Classical.  Walk the Sky welcomes Dave to the ranks and are excited about what the future holds!
